Gymshark Breaks The Boundaries To Fitness With Their Bombshell Release 💪🏾❤️🔥
Teaming with Whitney Adebayo, Gymshark launches the Diffuse Sweat Headband, revolutionising workout gear for textured hair.
When it comes to fitness, we all deserve to be comfortable and without unnecessary distractions, but for many, especially in the black community, brands have struggled to accommodate to the wide variety of needs for every individual. Heading into February, Gymshark are breaking down these barriers and tapping into athleisure in a whole new light - with a familiar face we’re oh so glad to see again.
Teaming up with Television Personality and Entrepreneur Whitney Adebayo, Gymshark have unveiled the Diffuse Sweat Headband, offering a new way to working out, regardless of your hair type or texture. With its double-layer construction, the headband allows for multi-wear options to tend to every need, whilst the sweat-wicking technology crafted to transfer moisture to the outer layer keeps edges laid and silk presses smooth - no matter how intense you train. Meaning long gone are the tedious times of wash days and hairstyles dictating your workouts, now you control your fitness schedule.
With her new position as the product’s ambassador, Adebayo expressed her excitement to the possibilities the innovative headwear opens up, ‘As a Nigerian woman who has spent the entirety of my career in the hair industry, there is such a gap in the fitness market for people with textured hair. Being involved in this campaign with Gymshark has been an incredibly rewarding process that has allowed me to tap into my passion for hair and fitness.’ At just 26, Adebayo has already accomplished so much, from establishing her own wig business while at university, to winning our hearts on the tenth series of Love Island. We’re so glad to see the bombshell back again, especially for this revolutionary release.
Whether it’s cardio or leg day, no need to worry about a bad hair day. Launching exclusively on the Gymshark website, the Diffuse Sweat Headband will be available from February 15th, priced at £20.
