Pantone Color Institute Partners with INTIMINA

Intimina, Swedish brand for women’s intimate health products have partnered with The Pantone Color Institute to create an official colour named ‘period’. The custom Pantone red colour emblematic of a period has been created as a new colour, which is an original shade of red that represents a steady flow during mensuration. Intimina’s global campaign called ‘Seen + Heard’ aims to squash the stigma around periods and promote period positivity. They hope for ‘period’ and the global campaign to empower everyone regardless of gender, to feel comfortable to talk about real life periods.

Despite the fact that billions of people experience menstruation, it has historically been treated as something that shouldn’t be seen or talked about publicly.

Additionally, Sustainable Period Brand DAME Launches in Selfridges. The Brand is known for their reusable 100% organic cotton tampons and reusable tampon applicator have launched in Selfridges as part of the stores ‘transformational, sustainable initiative ‘Project Earth’. Friends x Revolution Series 1 Make-up Line Launches

The popular American sitcom Friends have collaborated with Revolution Beauty to launch a new make-up line. The collection features three nine-shade eye shadow palettes and three creamy bullet lipsticks inspired by Phoebe Buffay, Rachel Green and Monica Geller. The palettes include pictures of the well known taxi cab and finishes, such as Smelly Cat, Lobster and Triplet within the mostly pastel hue palettes.
