Self Portrait Launches Dreamy Kidswear Collection

Published

A perfect picture of structured elegance and subdued ethereal style, London-based occasion wear brand Self-Portrait, known for their empowering modern feminine designs, have launched their first kidswear collection and it is everything we could have imagined … and more.

Mirroring their sophisticated adult counterparts, the brand has launched 21 unique sophisticated styles, with many reinventing their signature silhouettes and achieving their unique design sensibility. From voluminous ruffles, all-over prints, taffeta fabrics and elegant guipure lace, the collection pays attention to fine details and effortless shapes. With a focus on happy, uplifting pieces that allow kids to express themselves whilst still achieving the perfect balance of mature style and playful spirit. Amongst delicate shades of pastel pinks, muted jades and fresh creams, the sweet collection includes a range of tulle mini dresses, tiered skirts and button-up shirts, perfect for flower girls, bridesmaids or any formal event.

Alongside their expansion into kidswear, the sophisticated brand is also making efforts in reducing their environmental impact by using responsibly sourced fibres including organic cotton, recycled polyester and ethical chiffon.

With prices beginning at £80 and seven sizes perfect for children aged between 3 and 12, the kidswear collection is now available online and at the brand’s London flagship store in Marylebone – as well as a handful of selected international retailers. But that is not all, if you don’t manage to get your hands on the collection, there is a second seasonal installment of the dreamy collection expected to arrive in November!
